Shredded Rotten Wood

Shredded rotten wood for use in terrariums and bioactive vivarium's. excellent for mixing in with substrates to provide food for custodians and to aid substrate drainage, also acts as a slow release natural fertiliser, as the custodians break it down and make the nutrients contained inside the wood available to plants.

Rotting wood also make up a large portion of the diet of many isopod and millipede species and we highly recommend adding some to your substrates.

We use this exclusively with all our isopods and millipede species with great success.

THIS IS NOT STERILE AND HAS COME FROM OUTSIDE, MAY COTAIN LIVE NATIVE INVERTEBRATES. TO STERILISE SIMPLY PLACE IN YOUR FREEZER FOR 72 HOURS. ALLOW TO DEFROST FULLY BEFORE USE.

Comes supplied in plastic bags in a Small (aprox 500ml) or Large Bag (aprox 2L) Bags depending on how much you will need for your terrariums and custodians
