Red Spined Millipede (Xenobolus carnifex') CB

Small and unique species from India. Reaching an approx size of 6cm, Striking bright red head and stripe running along the spine.

Prefers damp substrate with a loose layer of leaf litter and is very prolific once established. very good at climbing so a well fitting lid is essential.

This species secretes hydrogen cyanide which is toxic. Caution is advised when mixing species.
