Description

The Porcellio scaber ‘Lava’ is one of the most colourful and sought-after P. scaber morphs, named for its striking mix of fiery red, orange, and black marbling that resembles flowing lava. Each individual displays a unique blend of colours, making colonies vibrant and visually diverse.

Like all P. scaber , this morph is extremely hardy and thrives in a wide variety of enclosure conditions. They do best with a clear moisture gradient, decaying wood, and plenty of leaf litter. Colonies reproduce quickly and can reach large numbers with ease, making them ideal for both bioactive setups and ornamental collections.
